About Sara Thingvold

I began coaching and training others as a sophomore in high school. Sara is a University of Nebraska—Lincoln graduate and a Husker Volleyball Alumni. She started her coaching and consulting business in 2008 while living in Stillwater, MN.

I partner with and walk alongside you where you are, helping you achieve your goals—individually and as couples, in teams and work groups, at home and at work.

I have written an Extreme Self Care Program, in English and Spanish, designed to take you on a deeper dive into your cognitive, emotional, physiological, and spiritual self. This workbook style book is part of a grouping of books that flow from the foundational book, Living A Flourishing Life - A 12 Daily Drive Journey, written in English and Spanish, published on Amazon for easy access for coaching and consulting clients, as we used it for its resource pages. In the spring of 2024, the workbook started an update process, dividing it into two separate programs, inserting YouTube UPC modules and links for people ages 15 to 85. There is also a Daily Drive Journal in sage green and black and a Daily Drive
